Tradework Labs provides an AI-powered scheduling assistant platform for home service businesses. The Service includes a chatbot that helps capture leads and facilitate appointment scheduling, an admin dashboard for managing services and settings, and QR code campaign tools.
The chatbot is a lead-capture tool. It does not automatically book appointments. All scheduling is confirmed by a human team member after the chatbot collects your preferences.

Our chatbot uses artificial intelligence to provide responses about services, pricing, and scheduling availability. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or outdated information. The chatbot's responses do not constitute a binding offer, quote, or contract.
Final pricing, service details, and appointment confirmations are subject to verification by our team.
All content, design, software, and other materials associated with the Service are owned by Tradework Labs or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Where you have provided us with your mobile phone number and given explicit consent, Tradework Labs and the home service businesses we serve may send you text messages related to your appointments, service requests, and customer support inquiries. SMS is optional — you may use the rest of the Service without ever receiving a text.
Consent. By providing your phone number through our chat assistant, voice intake, intake forms, or directly to a service representative, and by indicating consent at the point of collection, you agree to receive text messages at that number. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with the Service. You may receive messages such as appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, technician arrival notifications, and replies to questions you send us.
Carrier rates. Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's plan. Tradework Labs is not responsible for charges from your wireless carrier.
Opt-out. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send a final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and will not send further SMS to that number until you opt back in. To rejoin, reply START.
Help. Reply HELP to any text for support information, or contact us at the email address listed below.
Carriers. Wireless carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradework Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed appointments, inaccurate scheduling information, or loss of data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or are using the Service in a manner that could harm us or other users.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
