Configure pipelines and the stages jobs move through
Pipeline:
Each stage maps to one of eight canonical statuses (New, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal Sent, Won, Lost, Cancelled, Completed).
Custom stages map to whichever status best represents them — kanban filters and contact rollups use this mapping.
